We highly recommend regular servicing of your equipment. Keep your equipment running at its best and increase its life, save energy usage and have a better process control.

We offer a number of upgrades to existing equipment of all types. These are all focussed on saving energy and therefore running cost. This can often lead to increased throughout for less energy consumption.

More efficient burners, better process control and highly optimised heat recovery systems can all be considered.

We offer a range of equipment built around our core Infrared processing machine. We are developing a full range of equipment to enable you to handle your entire In ‘Goods In to Goods Out’ process. We supply fully integrated lines or components of lines. Our system is modular meaning you can build a fully integrated process line with as many or as few features as you need, or only have the infrared processing machine. It is up to you. Our Engineers have many years of delivering projects from start to finish.

We are an environmentally focused organization, and as part of our commitment to reducing waste, we are providing our customers with sustainable solutions that help them reduce their environmental impact.

We have launched a burner refurbishment service. This service provides customers with a sustainable alternative to replacing their burners, which can help them reduce their environmental impact, reduce their costs, but retain performance.

We want to reduce waste by refurbishing existing burners back to original specification instead of just manufacturing new ones. This conserves resources and reduces waste. Our burner refurbishment service is just one example of how we are working to achieve this goal.

What do we do on a refurbishment?

We check the castings are sound then clean by shot blasting. We repaint and fit new ceramic tiles, packing, retainers, bolts and internal spreader.

When completed it will be a Process IR certified refurbishment confirming the refurbishment has brought the burner back to its original specification.

Return Refurb – Send us your old burner*. We will check it, refurbish it and bring it back to original specification and return to you. £175 each. £225 if additional machining is required.

Part Exchange – If you prefer to have new burners then if you return us an old burner* we will offer a part exchange against a new burner.

* Conditions apply. Old burner must have been originally supplied by Process IR or Micronizing Company (UK). Burner body and venturi must be in sound condition and not warped or cracked. Cost of transport are not included in the prices.
