Throughout the world brewery cereal adjuncts are used as a replacement for conventially malted cereals.

Micronized torrefied cereals offer a flexible and highly cost effective method of production because the machines can handle a variety of cereal types according to local taste.

In all cases Micronized torrefied cereals have been shown to maintain quality and consistent brewhouse performance, achieving extract levels of 98% of that of malt extracts.
